Sarbanes Oxley and Section 404
The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 was signed by George Bush. This established the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, or the PCAOB.
Sarbanes Oxley primarily deals with disclosure and accounting issues. Section 404, 406, and 407 are of interest to a public company.
When you decide to go public you will want to most likely become a reporting public company. |
