Sarbanes Oxley and the Pink Sheets
For a company that would like to go public and does not wish to get an audit and avoid Sarbanes Oxley, they will want us to take them public on the Pink Sheets. The Pink Sheets are for non-reporting public companies. You will not have to deal with Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act if you trade on the Pink Sheets. We can take you public on the Pink Sheets without a Pink Sheets public shell or an OTCBB shell.
